Day 160 Farm Food Wednesday

Here on the farm we have set ourselves a challenge, on Wednesday only eat what we grow on the farm. That means all three meals a day, no oil, no salt but lots of sorghum, pigeon pea and salad greens. For breakfast today we had, salad with a lemon vinaigrette (yes we make vinegar) scrambled eggs from our chickens, sorghum banana porridge, and a banana. Eating good from our own backyard.
